At Civetta Couture, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and often made-to-order, reflecting our commitment to quality and exclusivity. We request you to review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not offer returns or refunds.

However, in the rare case of:

• A defective product
• A manufacturing issue
• Incorrect item received

We will be happy to assist you.

• Clear images/videos of the issue

No Return / No Exchange Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom or made-to-measure orders
• Minor color variations (due to lighting/photography)
• Slight irregularities (as part of handcrafted detailing)

Refunds are only applicable if:

• The product is out of stock for exchange
• Or the issue cannot be resolved

In such cases:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
