At Civetta, each garment is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order.

All orders are processed within 3–6 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

As each piece is custom made, timelines may vary slightly depending on embroidery, fabric availability, and customization requests.

For urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order.

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹17000.

Once dispatched, domestic orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your city.

We currently ship to:

A flat international shipping fee of ₹5,000 is charged at checkout.

International deliveries generally take 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note:
custom duties, VAT, import taxes, or local handling fees are payable by the customer, if applicable in the destination country.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

As all garments are made to order, occasional delays may occur during peak festive, wedding, or couture seasons.
